We would love to encourage communication between residents and staff, and we would love to hear your ideas.​  We want to hear your views, by giving us your ideas and suggestions for our services.

We have placed a suggestion box in our communal lounge at McMaster House. You can also do this virtually by completing the online form.​  ​

 

We aim to review ideas and suggestions monthly and will respond to any ideas and suggestions, where they are feasible and relevant to our scheme.   Please note, we are unable to respond to anonymised ideas/suggestions and can only respond if they relate to our scheme.
