Each flat....
  • Is completely self-contained, with its own front door.

  • Will be freshly decorated before you move in.

  • Has the extra security of a door entry system to the block. You can speak to visitors and let them in using a handset which is located in the hallway of each flat.

  • If not on the ground floor can be accessed via a choice of staircases or the lift. There is a stairlift for back-up in the unlikely event of the lift being out of order.

  • Is connected to the alarm call system, with pull cords in each room. A pendant alarm to be worn around the neck or as a bracelet can also be supplied on request.

  • Has hot water and heating included in the 'rent' along with water charges. (Flats 31A,B and C have different arrangements.)

  • Has a modern kitchen with fitted units, with an electric cooker and fridge/freezer supplied.

  • Has a bathroom with a shower and grab rails if required, and ample space to move around.

  • Has non-slip flooring in the bathroom and kitchen.

  • Has lots of built-in cupboard space.

  • Has window locks and restrainers where needed for extra security and safety, along with a door chain.

  • Has access to all shared facilities (see 'Our Facilities' page).

  • Some flats have balconies or direct access to outside space.
